About Qiqi Technology

Beijing Qiqi Technology Co., Ltd. was founded in Beijing in 2018. We build enterprise software for service businesses, backed by more than 30 years of experience in management software, implementation, and delivery.

Building on that foundation, we created Qiqi Zhike CLM.

Qiqi Zhike CLM is an AI-native customer lifecycle management platform for sales teams. It brings account context, conversations, opportunity signals, and follow-up activity together, helping teams prepare faster, surface deal risks, and act on clear next steps—with the context behind each recommendation.
